“银yin色se大da益yi” can be directly translated into “silver color dayi”. Though it can be directly translated as “Silver DaYi” which will be as same on English name as another two famous products “银yin大da益yi” produced in 2003 and 2012 year. Considering DaYi added one word “色se” of color must have it’s own reason, we add a “color” into name too.
Lacking of official explanation of this one compared to other two “Silver DaYi”, so we can only leave that part blank.
Sheng cha which will continuously ferment by complicate chemical reaction of Oxygen, Microbes, Enzyme and other substances contained in tea leaf. And this process is called natural fermentation or evolution which will get better effect under ideal storage condition of humidity around 75% and temperature near 20-25 Celsius with airflow and should be hidden from sun light.
