Series and individual product name “大da益yi红hong” means “dayi redness”.

It was a special product firstly published for commemoration of 2008 year Beijing Olympic Games held in Beijing.  Inheriting the last recipe, DaYi add strength and thickness to this tea and produced it again in this year.So there is updated characters to this tea as below:

云雾深处(yun wu shen chu): thickly covered by cloud and fog.

高山普洱(gao shan pu er): high mountain puerh tea leaf

滋味醇浓(zi wei chun nong): thick and mellow flavor

香气馥郁(xiang qi fu yu): rich and heavy fragrance

 

Tea gender:

Sheng cha which will continuously ferment by complicate chemical reaction of Oxygen, Microbes, Enzyme and other substances contained in tea leaf. And this process is called natural fermentation or evolution which will get better effect under ideal storage condition of humidity around 75% and temperature near 20-25 Celsius with airflow and should be hidden from sun light.
