Explanation:

Series and individual product name “印yin象xiang” can be translated as “Impression” which uses tea materials selected from high mountain tea plantation in MengHai county. Besides that these tea materials had been fermenting 3 years under natural conditions till pressed into disc cake.

This series is as same as another series of “YunDing” both of which were made according to request from dealer. So it is not a general product like others.

On the wrapper of 2009 year product, we can still see the “YunDing” printed on the right side of wrapper.

Character:

Properly tightness of disc cake. Tea threads are neat and tightly pressed into together. Silver hair is obvious. Golden tea liquor has rich taste and well balanced flavor. HuiGan(sweetness from after taste) lasts long. High fragrance with purity.

 

Tea gender:

Sheng cha which will continuously ferment by complicate chemical reaction of Oxygen, Microbes, Enzyme and other substances contained in tea leaf. And this process is called natural fermentation or evolution which will get better effect under ideal storage condition of humidity around 75% and temperature near 20-25 Celsius with airflow and should be hidden from sun light.
