“CangEr” written as “苍洱” which was firstly produced in 1959 year as commemorative product for 10 years anniversary of PRC. This name comes from two famous tourist places near XiaGuan tea factory called CangShan(苍山) mountain and ErHai(洱海) lake. Take the initial characters of each word then then product name “CangEr” comes out. Around 2000 year, XiaGuan tea factory resumed the production of this series according to the original recipe and processing method in 1959 year. In 2001 year, this product got Organic Certification with No. of LB—42—9701242851, then changed to LB—42—0101244621.
It is made from tea materials mainly selected from BaoShan area in the west of YunNan province near DaLi and PuEr tea region in the north of BanNa tea region.
There are varieties including cake, bowl, and individual weight even packaging style but there is no difference on quality or recipe.
“FT” means this tea was specially made according to request from FeiTai tea company.

Sheng cha which will continuously ferment by complicate chemical reaction of Oxygen, Microbes, Enzyme and other substances contained in tea leaf. And this process is called natural fermentation or evolution which will get better effect under ideal storage condition of humidity around 75% and temperature near 20-25 Celsius with airflow and should be hidden from sun light.
