Individual product name “女nv儿er贡gong饼bing” which contains two famous series”女nv儿er茶cha” and “宫gong廷ting” which is also called “贡茶” using the highest grade tea material. Apparently, DaYi has integrated each recipe with each other utilizing some mutual characters like young bud, spring tea.
In ancient time, “女nv儿er茶cha” had four meanings.
- tea bud
- picked up by women
- MingQian. Picked up before monsoon in spring.
- small cake compared to normally standard 357g.
This tea was made from tea materials picked up some years ago till pressed into disc.
High fragrance. Yellow liquid with light color. Honey like sweetness(hui gan)
Sheng cha which will continuously ferment by complicate chemical reaction of Oxygen, Microbes, Enzyme and other substances contained in tea leaf. And this process is called natural fermentation or evolution which will get better effect under ideal storage condition of humidity around 75% and temperature near 20-25 Celsius with airflow and should be hidden from sun light.
