Series and individual product name “普pu知zhi味wei” which can be translated into “General Tea Flavor” or “Puerh Knows Flavor” because “普pu” has both relationship with “General” and “Puerh” in Mandarin.
It is recommended for daily drinking or new puerh tea drinkers.
Tea material is from MengHai tea region with middle and low grade tea leaves. Here tea grade refers to roughness from tiny bud to strong stem.
Bitterness and astringency both withdraw soon. HuiGan(sweetness from aftertaste) is obvious.
Sheng cha which will continuously ferment by complicate chemical reaction of Oxygen, Microbes, Enzyme and other substances contained in tea leaf. And this process is called natural fermentation or evolution which will get better effect under ideal storage condition of humidity around 75% and temperature near 20-25 Celsius with airflow and should be hidden from sun light.
