Product name “春chun尖jian” means “Spring Bud” which used 1-2 years old tea materials mainly buds picked up in spring. Tea materials had fermented 1-2 years till pressed into disc cake in 2012 year.
Properly pressed tuo cha. Little smoky. Obvious fermented flavor. Floral fragrance mixed with some honey aroma. Bitterness is obvious but not heavy. HuiGan(sweetness from aftertaste) comes soon. Aftertaste is full of clear sweetness.
Sheng cha which will continuously ferment by complicate chemical reaction of Oxygen, Microbes, Enzyme and other substances contained in tea leaf. And this process is called natural fermentation or evolution which will get better effect under ideal storage condition of humidity around 75% and temperature near 20-25 Celsius with airflow and should be hidden from sun light.
