“群峰之上” means “The peak of peak”. It was originally only made for high-end membership of DaYi with selected tea materials from arbor trees. And the tea materials had been aged for 8 years as mao cha till being pressed into cake.
Roundness of disc cake. Strong and fat tea threads. High fragrance with sweetness. Smoky. Slight bitterness and smoothness on taste feeling. Soft and long lasting tea flavor. Both HuiGan and ShengJin(saliva producing) are on good level.
Sheng cha which will continuously ferment by complicate chemical reaction of Oxygen, Microbes, Enzyme and other substances contained in tea leaf. And this process is called natural fermentation or evolution which will get better effect under ideal storage condition of humidity around 75% and temperature near 20-25 Celsius with airflow and should be hidden from sun light.
