Used tea materials picked up 7 years ago from big trees in high mountain of Menghai and that have naturally fermented till now.
Series and individual product name “金jin大da益yi” means “Golden DaYi (TAE)” is one of the high-end series during whole lineup of DaYi.
The first product of this series came out on 2003 year before MengHai tea factory was privatized in 2004 year. At that time, it was called 5th Green Cake. Because of the golden color printed on the wrapper, it got a nick name “Golden DaYi” , and then in 2011 this nick name became a official name. So it also belongs to a series called “Classical Product Once More” which includes many sub series created before 2004 year.
Golden tea liquor has density and thickness. Rich taste has variations and depth. High fragrance. Bitterness is obvious but withdraws soon. Astringency is little. HuiGan(sweetness from aftertaste) and ShengJin(saliva producing) are strong and last long. High potentiality on evolution and aging.
Sheng cha which will continuously ferment by complicate chemical reaction of Oxygen, Microbes, Enzyme and other substances contained in tea leaf. And this process is called natural fermentation or evolution which will get better effect under ideal storage condition of humidity around 75% and temperature near 20-25 Celsius with airflow and should be hidden from sun light.
