Viscous tea liquid.
Fragrant. Especially from the cold cap of gaiwan.
Mellow. If roast it a little more heavily, it has the potentiality to be more mellower.
Sweetness comes fast.
Natural high mountain flavor.
3g tea leaf
70ml porcelain gaiwan (full capacity is around 120ml )
Filtered running water
97 Celsius degrees of water temperature.
2s on each infusion from 1st to 4th. Then steeped it two times around 2min and 3min of each to test the limit.
