Last time roasted (the 4th) was in the week of 10th. Sep. 2018 year. From then on, this tea will be only refired when it get back some greenness in future months. Till now, it had been roasted twice by electrical heater and twice by charcoal.
TIE LUO HAN is one of the Si Da Ming Cong(四大名枞 the most famous 4 kinds of wuyi yancha oolong. Another 3 kinds are BAI JI GUAN, SHUI JIN GUI and BAN TIAN YAO. This tea is made from high quality tea materials and gradually roasted to this level of medium-heavy fired stage. Creamy tea flavor tenacious to lid of Gaiwan and cup. Aftertaste is sweet and lingers long in mouth. It is heavily recommended by us.
